Professional technical writing experience
FIS (May 2024 - present)
Back at FIS after after 2 years. Now part of a different product organization, working together with a team of technical writers. Documenting end-user documentation, developer guides, and advocating technical writing best practices. Whenever I get a chance, I learn more about automation (Python, PowerShell, Power Automate).
Think Big Development (July 2023 - March 2024)
As a technical writer, I have had the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of documentation within the organization. Collaborating closely with senior developers, I contributed in creating the onboarding guide for new team members. Additionally, I have been responsible for creating client-facing documentation, which includes end-user documentation and project specific documents.
Grid Dynamics (January 2023 - June 2023)
At Grid Dynamics I worked as a lone writer, serving multiple teams. My responsibilities included writing developer documentation, user guides and organizing internal team documentation in Confluence. I also contributed to the development of API documentation using the Swagger platform.
Xentral (January 2022 - December 2022) - remote position
During my tenure at Xentral, I gained valuable experience in a startup environment as part of a dedicated team of four technical writers. Our main task was to keep the online help up-to-date, publish release notes and assist the product team with the UI text.
FIS (April 2020 - January 2022)
During my tenure at FIS I had the privilege to work with senior technical, where I acquired fundamental knowledge of version control systems. Our team was responsible for updating documentation (online help, release notes, and developer documentation) that was published in quarterly releases.

At CallidusCloud I had an opportunity to work in DITA environment. My responsibilities included updating online help, publishing release notes, reviewing UI texts.
eFront (March 2018 - April 2019)
At eFront I transferred from the customer service roll to technical writing. I had an opportunity to learn the basics of technical writing from senior colleagues. Moreover, I gained experience working in an agile environment where documentation played an integral role as part of the definition of done.
